1. Access the Food Handler Certification Course above.
2. Your first name, last name and email address are required to print your certification card. Please read the privacy advisory statement below.
3. Score 80% or higher on the test located below.
4. Send us an email if you have questions.
5. Your test will be graded and an eail containing your certification course card will be forwwarded to the email address that you provided.

Privacy Advisory for submitting your Food Handler Certification Course By submitting the answers to this test, you certify that you are the person taking the test and the person entitled to the certification card. The proprietor for the exam has the capability to compare the origin of the submissions. Your first and last name will be printed on your certification course card, Providing us your first name, last name and email is not optional. A valid email address is required to receive your certification course card by email. If you do not provide us with a correct email address we will not be able to forwrd you your Food Handler Certification Course card. This website does not retain this information and no cookies will be placed on your computer. Food Handler Certification Cards will expire on year from the date of issue. If your card has expired, review the training material and pass the quiz with a score of 80% or higher to receive a new cerificate.

NOTE:
*This course is intended for person(s) conducting ORGANIZATIONAL FOOD EVENTs that are open to the GENERAL PUBLIC on the installation and involve the preparation or sale of food subject to Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS).

*Basic Food Handler certification DOES NOT fulfill the requirements of 4 hour initial/annual food safety training required of FOOD EMPLOYEES working in a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.
